Getting started
This is a one-time setup. Give it 60–90 focused minutes and it runs on its own from there.
Before touching anything else, watch the video from start to finish. You'll see the whole picture — what each piece does, how they connect, and what it looks like when it's working. It'll make every step after this faster.
⏱ ~20 min — worth every secondThis is your most important step — before anything technical. Open the Voiceprint Setup Guide and work through the prompts. Speak your answers out loud, transcribe them, and build your MD file. This is what makes every output yours instead of everyone else's.
💡 Your Voiceprint is what makes Claude sound like youYou'll need: a Make.com account (free tier works), Dropbox (free), and a Notion account (free). If you have these already, great. If not, each takes under 5 minutes to set up.
🔑 Keep your API key somewhere safe — you'll paste it onceClick the Notion template link above. In Notion, hit "Duplicate" in the top right. Your databases will appear in your workspace with all 20+ properties already configured. You don't need to build anything from scratch.
In Make.com, go to Scenarios → Import Blueprint → upload the JSON file. The full automation loads in. You'll then connect your Dropbox, Claude API, and Notion accounts inside Make — the walkthrough video covers this step exactly.
⚙️ Paste your Voiceprint MD file into the Claude module at this stepDownload the shortcut file to your iPhone. Open it in the Shortcuts app and follow the prompts to add it. Once installed, it'll appear on your home screen or in your Shortcuts widget. Tap it, talk, name your file — that's the whole front end.
⌚ Works on Apple Watch too — perfect for on-the-go captureRecord a short voice memo — 30 seconds is fine. Name it. Watch it flow through to Notion. Check the properties, the formatting, the tone. If something looks off, it's almost always the Voiceprint that needs a small tweak. Come back to step 2 if needed.
